Add in remaining ingredients to taste. If sauce is too dry, add more sauce or diced tomatoes. Place the zucchini noodles in boiling water and cook until they are just tender. Cover in shredded cheese. In a separate bowl microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 2 min stirring half way. Whisk eggs and add into dry ingredients along with your olive oil. Mix your dough in with your cheese mixture and knead the dough together.

    Add your toppings and bake for minutes or until cheese is bubbly and ready to serve. Mix all ingredients together except chicken in a large zip lock freezer bag. Coat chicken in olive oil, and then shake chicken in the bag to coat evenly. Line your baking pan 1 in. Boil or steam cauliflower until tender, then drain. Add in Nutralean until well blended. Add in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and vegetables.

    Spread meat sauce over a casserole dish evenly. Top with Faux-tatoes, add shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika optional. Place in oven and cook until browned and bubbling, about 30 minutes.


    Easy to Make Patriotic 4th of July Food Ideas

    Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Put in refrigerator overnight. If using oven: preheat oven to Mix garlic powder, coconut flour, and Nutralean together. Mix bacon, onion and cheese together. Mix together with dry ingredients above. Fry with olive oil until evenly cooked, or bake for minutes until nicely browned. Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes, broth, and chopped vegetables. Stir together the bouillon, pepper, dry parsley, paprika, xanthan gum and Nutralean. When the vegetables are tender, add the seasoning mixture and mix well. In a large saucepan, cook shallots and garlic in simmering wine until translucent.

    Roll chicken breast up around cream cheese. Wrap partially cooked bacon around chicken breast and secure with toothpick. Plase on baking sheet and back for about 30 minutes. Broil for about 5 minute until bacon becomes crispy. Cut your zucchinis up into 10 long slices. Lay slices of zucchini on a cookie sheet side by side. Roll each one up and secure using a toothpick.

    Toss zucchini strips in 1 tbsp. Add crab meat, sauteed onion, garlic, natural Nutralean and cream cheese together. Stuff mushrooms with mixture and top with shredded cheese. Place over nachos on a lined cookie sheet. Place in oven at degrees for minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Seal the bag and shake until dry ingredients are well-mixed.

    Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes My kids love these and they are perfect for a family game night or a movie night 1.
